‘Summer Streetz’ is a brand, created by a partnership of agencies, led by Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council, to market a summer holiday activity programme aimed at 11-17 year olds in the Borough.
2010 saw significant levels of sponsorship being received from Shire Pharmaceuticals, Sovereign Kingfisher Housing Association and the Community Safety Forum which joined that of the Council as well as a whole host of community organisations that made in-kind contributions to ensure a sustainable initiative.
